INSTRUCTIONS

 

· Please keep your phone away & silenced during your appointment. Our services require precision & concentration so feel free to relax or take a nap!

· There is a FREE parking lot on the south side of 43rd St behind our building, behind the Regazza restaurant. Ring the doorbell to enter. Soon there will be a street car stop right across the street, yay!

 

 · We look forward to seeing you!

 

TREATMENT  POLICY

 

· Please AVOID caffeine prior to receiving any of our treatments.

 

· Please come to your lash appointment with CLEAN lashes & eye area. Any residue or makeup will prevent the lash extension from adhering to your natural lashes & can result in poor retention/ results. Extra cleansing takes time away from your lash service which will cut into the time available for applying lash extensions.

 

· For lash fills, you MUST have 40% of your previous extensions remaining. If you have less than 40% of lashes remaining it will be considered a full set. Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks!

 

· Waterproof & regular mascara should be avoided for lash lifts at least 1 day prior.

 

· For facials & facial waxing stop using retinol products, accutane, or any other exfoliants at least a week prior.

 

· For body waxing you cannot have any active sunburns or irritation in the area being waxed.

 

· If you are getting a Cryo Facelift you must wait 25 days after your tox/filler appointment.

 

· No extra guests, pets or kids please.

 

BOOKING POLICY

 

We value your time & business, so we please ask you to respect our booking policy since we are a hard working small business! 

 

A form of payment is required when scheduling an appointment. Review the scenarios below to avoid fees:

· Provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointments.

· If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours before your appointment your card on file will be charged 100% of the service.

· No call no show clients will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file.

 

· We ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment to ensure sufficient time for quality results. If you are 15 minutes late, the duration of your session will be reduced & we cannot guarantee your appointment can be completed.

· All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

· To confirm your appointment please respond to the confirmation text you will get shortly after booking!
